Newmark Mountain West Facilitates 79,904 SF Sale in West Valley City
Salt Lake City, UT – Newmark Mountain West, the leading full-service commercial real estate brokerage in the Intermountain Region, is pleased to announce the sale of 79,904 square feet in West Valley City to Universal Health Services. Tyler Jones of Newmark Mountain West represented the buyer in the transaction.

The buyer, a behavioral health clinic with an existing presence in the market, saw an opportunity to invest in their long-term future. By acquiring this property, they can control their own destiny while securing a well-located facility that supports their continued growth and long-term operations.
