Newmark Mountain West Secures Lease of Utah Community Credit Union at Cedar City Towne Center
Salt Lake City, UT – Newmark Mountain West, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage has secured the lease of Utah Community Credit Union (UCCU) at Cedar City Towne Center located at 126 North Main Street, Cedar City, UT 84720.
Cedar City Towne Center is located within driving distance of six national parks, Brian Head Ski Resort, and is one mile from Southern Utah University, which has 11,224 students, and 45 minutes outside of St. George, one of the fastest growing metro areas in the nation.
Newmark Mountain West agents Ryan Stewart, Kelly Shiotani, and Scott Brady represented the landlord.
“After facilitating the sale of Cedar City Towne Center, the new ownership retained us to handle the leasing because of the value we can bring to the leasing and not just the acquisition,” said Ryan Stewart. “Within a few months of the acquisition, we secured a lease with UCCU, which is uncommon given most credit unions prefer to purchase. We were able to provide an outstanding tenant on a unicorn-type deal, all within a few months of the acquisition.”
“The new Cedar City Towne Center location will allow us to enhance our service to both our members and the community,” stated Justin Olson, President/CEO of UCCU.
