Newmark Mountain West Facilitates First Burlington in Southern Utah Market
Salt Lake City, UT – Newmark Mountain West, the leading full-service commercial real estate brokerage in the Intermountain Region, is excited to announce the first Burlington opening in Southern Utah. Burlington will be leasing the former 23,500-square-foot JoAnn Fabrics space at Cottonmill II in Washington. This will expand Burlington Stores reach from Las Vegas to Northern Utah.
Mike Medina, Alberto Vazquez, and Chad Moore of Newmark Mountain West represented Burlington in the transaction. They have an ongoing relationship with Burlington Stores for 17 years with over 15 transactions across the western states. They have recently helped Burlington Stores open locations in Logan, Layton, Riverton, and Meridian, Idaho.
“We are so honored to be bringing the first Burlington to Southern Utah and expanding their footprint to this rapidly growing trade area,” stated Mike Medina of Newmark Mountain West. “This is a great off-price retail shopping destination to be added to the market, and we are ready for Southern Utah to get to experience Burlington in their own city.”
