Mountain West Helps Stimulate Growth in Saratoga Springs, Utah
Saratoga Springs —Mountain West Commercial Real Estate announces that local investor Market Street Village LLC., has purchased 16,750 square feet of retail space on 4.36 acres at The Village at Saratoga Springs, a new shopping center in Saratoga Springs, Utah. Market Street Village purchased five parcels with plans to open a Popeye’s, Olive Garden, Apollo Burger, Dutch Bros, and Zao. The new shopping center is located south of Costco on Market Street and Redwood Road. Mountain West brokers Scott Brady and Ben Brown represented the seller in the transaction.
“Located near the center of Saratoga Springs, this is one of the hottest trade areas in Utah,” said Scott Brady. “The property is anchored by one of the state’s top revenue grossing Costco, which helped us attract top tenants within the market.”
With Intermountain Health Care developing a surgical center and further north, the first Home Depot is in the works, the city of Saratoga Springs says this area is rapidly expanding.
” We don’t have too many sit down restaurants in Saratoga Springs, so the addition of an Olive Garden is a big win for us,” Saratoga Springs Economic Development Director Doug Meldrum said. “We are excited for all the opportunities and the positive attention from a lot of different users.”
