Mountain West Arranges The Sale of Nine Hotel Portfolio in Wyoming

Salt Lake City—Mountain West Commercial today announced the sale of a nine-hotel portfolio located across the state of Wyoming.  The 684-room portfolio consists of Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham branded hotels located in major energy and tourism hubs throughout the state.  The terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Michael Francis and Wes Christensen, hospitality investment specialists represented the seller, Timberline Hospitalities, LLC, and procured the buyer, Safari Timberline Hotels, LLC.  Joe Cooley is the firm’s broker of record in Wyoming.

“These fantastic hotels were resilient through the COVID-19 pandemic and have exceeded pre-COVID performance,” said Wes Christensen.  “These assets are well-positioned for continued growth in a dynamic market.  We’re grateful for the opportunity to represent the seller,” says R. Michael Francis.

The hotels are in Casper, Evansville, Gillette, Rock Springs, Rawlins, Laramie, Buffalo, and Lander Wyoming.
