Rachel Tews joins Mountain West CRE with over a decade of Administrative and Human Resources experience in a variety of fields. After moving to Salt Lake City from Michigan in 2016 Rachel began working at the University of Utah College of Nursing supporting the Finance Department and transitioned into the Human Resources department after a year. In 2020 an opportunity to directly support the Department of Public Safety became available and Rachel worked with that department until early 2024.

Rachel has been working as a stay at home mom since leaving the University of Utah, but when the opportunity arose to join the conventional workforce again, it was just the right time. Her ability to multitask, complete projects in a timely fashion and a passion for SOPs (standard operating procedures) makes Rachel a prime candidate to support the Miller-Greer team.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys thrifting, plant shopping and spending time at home with her husband and 21 month old.
