Mesha Serrano is the Office Manager for Mountain West in the Salt Lake City office. Mesha says her favorite part about Mountain West is the “work hard, play hard” culture and the team of brokers, assistants, and other staff members who make it a joy to come to work. Mountain West has allowed Mesha to grow into this role, formally she was the receptionist for the past 2 years. Mesha says she learned a strong work ethic at the young age of 14, as her parents owned and operated one of Utah’s most infamous Mexican restaurants, La Puente. Into adulthood, she became a server and taking on more management responsibilities where she took on payroll, and daily operations.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son Noah, going to the aquarium, and the great outdoors.
