Newmark Mountain West Facilitates Burlington in Eastern Idaho

Salt Lake City, UT – Newmark Mountain West, the leading full-service commercial real estate brokerage in the Intermountain Region, is excited to announce Burlington opening its first location in Eastern Idaho. Burlington will be leasing the 20,062-square-foot second-generation retail box. Sharing a strong co-tenancy with TJ Maxx and Sportsman’s Warehouse within the Teton Spectrum Shopping Center in Idaho Falls. This will be Burlington’s third store to open in Idaho, and the kick off to opening up two more stores in east Idaho, with Twin Falls and Chubbuck on the horizon.
Mike Medina, Alberto Vazquez, and Chad Moore of Newmark Mountain West represented Burlington in the transaction. They have had an ongoing relationship with Burlington Stores for 17 years with over 15 transactions across the western states. They have recently helped Burlington Stores open locations in St. George, Taylorsville, and Meridian.
