Mountain West Commercial Real Estate’s Jakke Farley Named CCIM President-Elect for Southern Nevada
Las Vegas, NV – Mountain West Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE), a full-service commercial real estate brokerage is proud to announce that agent Jakke Farley, CCIM has been named the 2025 President-Elect of the Southern Nevada CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Chapter.
With over fifteen years of commercial real estate experience, Farley is a well-rounded agent specializing in shopping center leasing, landlord representation for retail centers, and tenant representation across a wide spectrum, from mom-and-pop businesses to national brands. She also represents Luv Car Wash in securing sites to purchase in NV and has been awarded the opportunity to sell some of her lease listings for a CAP rate.
Farley has established a proven track record throughout the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding areas, with notable clients including Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, Fiiz, and Sayulitas Mexican Food. She also exclusively represents over half a million square feet of property throughout Clark County.
