Perkins brings an impressive track record in commercial real estate, with over 35 years of experience specializing in office and investment portfolios.
Throughout his career, Perkins has leased over 12 million square feet and participated in transactions totaling more than $800 million in commercial properties. His extensive client roster includes prestigious names such as Allstate Insurance, Bay Pacific Corporation, Crump Life, Degreed, MetTel Communications, Sportsman’s Warehouse, and the University of Utah.

A veteran in the Salt Lake City market, Perkins consistently ranks as a top producer. Prior to joining MWCRE, Perkins was with Newmark in their Salt Lake City office for 25 years, specializing in landlord and tenant representation for office properties in downtown Salt Lake City and the surrounding area. Before Newmark, he served as vice president at the Salt Lake City office of Grubb & Ellis and senior manager at The Koll Company, managing a Class A office portfolio. He began his real estate career in Washington, D.C., advancing to vice president at Wade Investment Company, overseeing a 5 million-square-foot office portfolio. Perkins holds an MBA from George Washington University.
