MCRE Helps Facilitate Deal
 SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Mountain West Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE) helped Utah based Yousuf and Yousuf LLC, acquire a Chevron gas station and convenience store in Spanish Fork, Utah.
MWCRE Agent Matthew Porter helped facilitate the $1.3 million transaction.

The Chevron is located on the corner of 890 North Main Street. The total space is 2,296 sq ft. including 8 fuel stations and a convenience store.
